 Re: OMG....Coon took out 29 of my Thais...so heart broken i kept great pyranese, anatolians, komondors, akbash and crosses inbetween of all these dogs..best you could ask for. I have done hot wire, underground perimeter fencing..all kinds of nameful shit to save birds and nothing worked better than the livestock dogs. Don't think you can just turn them loose now and they do their job..not saying that some won't. I've had a couple that just took to it i'll admit. Most all the dogs I had were rescues..that's what i did. I loved them. Rescued and Rehabbed and placed them to working farms.

YOU BETTER !Baseball bat will work, running up to him and using him for a soccerball if you wear steel-toed boots, will both work in town where you cannot shoot legally. I've caught hundreds by catching them by the tail, and shaking to prevent him from coming back up to bite your hand. I hate a possum, worst predator in my book as coons and foxes can be discouraged, possums don't seem to be as easily convinced, bolder out of stupidity.GET "EM ! before he get's your birds!
